1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nassau County General Service Unity Breakfast website and your purchase of tickets for the Unity Breakfast event ("Event"). By accessing this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Event is organized by the Nassau County General Service Association ("NGSA"), a nonprofit organization. NGSA is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc.
2. Event Details
The Unity Breakfast is scheduled for Sunday, June 28th, 2026 at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale NY, 101 James Doolittle Blvd, Uniondale, NY 11553. Doors open at 8:30 AM and the event runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. NGSA reserves the right to modify event details, including speakers, schedule, and venue, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
3. Ticket Purchases
Tickets are sold through Zeffy, a third-party ticketing and payment processing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to Zeffy's Terms and Conditions. All payment processing is handled by Zeffy; NGSA does not store or process payment card information.
- General Admission tickets are $48 per person.
- Reserved Table tickets are $480 and include 10 admissions.
- Ticket availability is limited and subject to sell-out.
- Ticket prices are inclusive of breakfast buffet and all event programming.
4. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in the event of cancellation by NGSA. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To arrange a transfer, contact us at nassaucountyunitybreakfast@gmail.com.
In the unlikely event that NGSA cancels the Event, full refunds will be processed through Zeffy to the original payment method.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. NGSA reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted at this event.
6. Limitation of Liability
NGSA provides this website and Event on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or attendance at the Event. NGSA's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of NGSA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
This website uses third-party services including Zeffy for ticket sales and payment processing. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. NGSA is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
9. Changes to These Terms
NGSA may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
